There’s a wall at the Ontario Science Centre that glows with different colours. I took a few shots to get some different colours, but I think this one turned out the best.

I like that this piece is done on the natural grey of the wall, but with minimal effect of the paint drops — and the dripping effect is very well done.

Not much I can really say about this, except that it was really difficult getting the bright side of the wall and the dark side of the wall to both show up properly. This was probably around my tenth try.

This photo was originally badly underexposed, which was unfortunate because I really liked it otherwise. The great thing is, it takes 2 seconds to fix with Adobe Lightroom. Thanks Greg.

This is an afternoon shadow on a grey cement wall. Are those lines some cement blocks underneath showing through? Or are they just some weird lines that show up randomly on the wall? I’ll probably never know I guess.

This is yet more graffiti I stumbled across on my walk home. Lots of bright colours in this piece, and the bricks show through really well.

The contrast between the struggling foliage on the ground and the cloudy blue sky above makes for a nice shot I think. Everything below looks rusty and worn, and the sky looks pretty peaceful. Yep, that would be contrast alright.

This log standing there by itself reminded me of a high school kid standing against a wall trying to look cool for some reason (too bad there are no other logs around to see how cool it is).

I was doing some work in the garden and had lined up a bunch of tools against the wall — and realized they looked kind of interesting there. I like the shadows of the tools on the wall too.
