As you can tell from those metal grates leaning against the wall on the right of this picture, there was construction going on just outside of this shot. This picture is taken in the heart of Quebec City (which has recently celebrated its 400th anniversary), and looks like anything but a typical North American city.

This was in a church that I quite literally just wandered into in Quebec city. It was closed the day before, but we managed to finally get in to see it. It was really dark and quiet inside — well, like a church I guess.
