This boardwalk was near the fountain in the earlier photo. I took a few shots, but there always ended up being feet in them. I like the boardwalk like this, without the feet.
Now that I’ve posted a ridiculous amount of photos today, I’ll end things off with this dragon graffiti piece.
Nothing like a little bit of shine on your letters to really bring things to life.
There’s something really alien about this piece — the bubbly, tentacle-like way it wraps around itself. This photo seemed to come out grittier than the others… in a good way.
Is it just me, or does everything look like it’s at a weird angle in this photo? I don’t know if it’s just the way the paint goes, or if it’s because I was completely zoomed out, but the angle looks kind of impossible. Strange.
Everything looks reddish in this photo (except for the grey gravel on the ground I guess). I didn’t really plan it that way, but it turned out alright I think.
I like the fact that you can see the triangular roofs of the buildings over top of the fence. Very geometric.
The plants seem to frame the graffiti really nicely. Not to mention the cool effect the shadows of the plants lend to the piece below. Just another reason why I love plants.
This is a photo I took of the CN Tower from the ferry on the way to Centre Island. This photograph has so much blue in it — I like blue.
This is some graffiti I stumbled across on a walk home on Sunday night. The light coming down the middle of the graffiti piece is from the traffic in the cross-street at the end of the alley.
