This was another shot on the hike at Eau Claire Gorge. I played around with the settings I was looking for, and then just put the camera against the tree and hoped it would work. I think it did.

You should start posting EXIF data along with the photo: I mean, more consumable meta data sounds good to me, and, you could teach someone something along the way by explaining why you chose those settings. Hmm, I should start doing that too.

I think that’s a great idea. While I don’t really have any idea if there’s a relatively simple way to expose that metadata, I think it would be worth figuring out. I think it would not only help others, but it would help me remember what I did to achieve a certain something in a photo.

Long time I don’t visit your photo gallery…I found so many new great photos here. Have you ever thought to sell your photo online? Or you have done that? I like photography but I don’t have enough confindence to publish mine. I think it will be great if I could do my hobby and earn money in the same time. What do you think?

I’d love to be able to sell photographs — but I’m not sure anyone would buy them! I guess I’m in the same boat as you Sylvia… I love taking photos, but I don’t have enough confidence in my abilities to start selling them. By the way, I’d love to see some of your photos!

Very interesting Sylvia. I’ll have to look into that a little more. If you’d like to share some sites you’ve found, please feel free to post them here or drop me a line in my comment form. Thanks again for stopping by!

Anyway, I’ve seen your new photos. I like them…Very nice shot, Especially the nature object, such as berry and little green plants. And of course, I like the siluette shot of your sister.
