This is a sign for… you guessed it… a worldwide short film festival. This is a photo I’d actually like to play around with a bit in PhotoShop to see what I can come up with.

Just some chairs for sale that were sitting outside this shop on Queen Street in Toronto.

Round logs in the foreground, and horizontal lines in the background. And you can just see the trees in the background — in case the lighting didn’t already give away the fact that this was taken outside.

Nothing like a cold beer on a hot summer day. And yes, that’s a plastic bottle of relish in the background. I’m not really sure why I included that in this shot. Oh well. :)

Doesn’t really look like a pile of bean bag chairs, does it? Well, it is (as you could probably tell from the title of this post). I was actually sitting in one of the bean bag chairs when I took this photo, and man, are they ever hard to get out of. But they’re also really comfortable.

I don’t really have too much to say about this photo, except that it’s of a swing set from the side. The swing set somehow looks bored in the photo.

I stared at these two posts for quite a while, trying to figure out what the possible purpose of putting them there could be. There was a drooping wire strung between them, which didn’t seem to do anything but connect the two of them together.

The sign in the middle ends up looking like it’s trying to keep two arguing posts away from each other. There seems to be some kind of story here that we’re not privy to. :)

This log standing there by itself reminded me of a high school kid standing against a wall trying to look cool for some reason (too bad there are no other logs around to see how cool it is).

I was at the park on a weekday, and there was no one around. It was a bright, sunny day, and I noticed the tube slide looked kind of cool when I looked inside — just don’t go towards the light! :D

I was doing some work in the garden and had lined up a bunch of tools against the wall — and realized they looked kind of interesting there. I like the shadows of the tools on the wall too.
