Not much a story to this shot. It was raining last night, so I decided to take a few photos out the window. And here we are.

This boardwalk was near the fountain in the earlier photo. I took a few shots, but there always ended up being feet in them. I like the boardwalk like this, without the feet.

This was a fountain I took a photo of near The Beaches in Toronto — a fountain with some friendly smokestacks in the background.

This is definitely my favourite shot I’ve taken of Toronto. The sunset in the background and the dark water in the foreground just work I think. As you can tell, I was really happy with this one.

This looks to me like a McDonald’s that has closed down in some kind of dystopian future — maybe I’ve just seen 28 Days Later (which, I have to say, was not even close to as good as Dog Soldiers, even though they’re not really about the same thing) too many times.

There’s something about picnic tables that make me happy — they always remind of summer and barbecues (not so much of picnics though).

Now that I’ve posted a ridiculous amount of photos today, I’ll end things off with this dragon graffiti piece.

Someone had the great idea to plant a little garden inside an old car (this was taken in Kensington Market in Toronto). I just hope this will survive the winter in Toronto (and I really hope it does, because it’s a cool addition to Kensington).

Nothing like a little bit of shine on your letters to really bring things to life.

There’s something really alien about this piece — the bubbly, tentacle-like way it wraps around itself. This photo seemed to come out grittier than the others… in a good way.
